Integrated or standalone solution
We configure RentSense around each client’s existing infrastructure and data sources. This ensures that the minimal time or resource is required from the client’s IT team. RentSense can be linked to an existing HMS or CRM system, or can be delivered as a standalone solution, via its own portal, if this is the preferred approach.
For organisations using multiple system types, due to recent mergers or consolidations, RentSense can be linked to multiple Housing Management Systems simultaneously.
Simple and seamless integration
It takes no more than a few hours to link RentSense to an existing Housing Management System, and to set up the necessary data feeds and links. At all times, data security is a consideration, and data is always encrypted during transfer over a secure line.
