Calico Homes Surpasses 3% Arrears Target with Mobysoft’s RentSense
Burnley-based social landlord Calico Homes has significantly reduced rent arrears and improved income collection efficiency by implementing Mobysoft’s RentSense platform. Since deploying the AI-driven solution, Calico Homes has seen arrears drop to just 2.42, surpassing its target of 3%, while Former Tenant Arrears (FTA) have fallen to 1.88 against a target of 3%.
Facing increasing financial hardship amongst its customers, Calico Homes recognised the need for a proactive and data-driven approach to rent collection. RentSense has transformed the organisation’s income management processes by providing real-time, accurate insights that allow income officers to focus on tenants who need the most support.
