FTA Essentials enables income teams to easily prioritise the FTA cases that require action. By organising former tenant data and current tenants who have submitted notice of termination, the platform determines contact based on customer configuration and patches. An algorithmic ruleset presents only those the cases that need action in priority order, assigned to the correct patch, and identifies the reason contact is required, making it easier for officers to action caseloads and ultimately reducing bad debt write-offs.

Deploying FTA Essentials is a seamless process and the platform itself is configured around each client’s existing infrastructure and data sources. Linking to an existing HMS or CRM system is straightforward and pain-free, meaning that time or resource required from your IT team is kept to a minimum and disruption to workflows are significantly reduced. FTA Essentials is best used in conjunction with our RentSense product, but it can also be delivered as a standalone solution.
