By organising former tenant data and current tenants who have submitted notice of termination, the platform determines contact based on customer configuration and patches. An algorithmic ruleset presents only those the cases that need action in priority order, assigned to the correct patch, and identifies the reason contact is required, making it easier for officers to action caseloads and ultimately reducing bad debt write-offs.
