Ipswich Council Go Live with RentSense

Ipswich Borough Council have gone live with RentSense to help them support tenants as they recover from the effects of the pandemic and to help protect the council’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA).

Ipswich Borough Council relies upon its rental income stream to fund all council house activity including management, maintenance and improvement of its council homes,” commented Emma Cook, Tenancy Services Operations Manager at Ipswich Borough Council.

The council were keen to invest in technology that would help them help them offer timely support to tenants such as intervening at the first stages of debt to minimise their customers arrears.
