With over 17 years’ experience in software delivery and post-sales operations, Laura has led high-performing professional services and support teams within the UK, EMEA and North America. Before joining Mobysoft, she spent nearly two decades at OneAdvanced, progressing from frontline support to Director of Professional Services and leading major integration and delivery transformation programmes across multiple product portfolios. Known for creating scalable, customer-centric operating models that improve ‘time to value’, strengthen governance, and drive measurable commercial impact. Her leadership style is fast-paced, clear, and people-focused, ensuring teams are supported, aligned, and empowered to deliver consistently excellent outcomes. Laura is currently completing her Executive MBA at the University of Birmingham
