Chris Murphy is Head of Customer Success at Mobysoft, bringing over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across Customer Success, Account Management and Global Research. He has deep expertise in SaaS and technology-led organisations spanning data and insights, professional services, HR and recruitment, and the housing sector, with experience working across the UK, Europe, APAC and the US.

At Mobysoft, Chris leads the Customer Success function, including Regional Directors, Customer Success Managers and Income Maximisation Directors. Drawing on his broad international and sector experience, he is focused on ensuring Mobysoft’s solutions and services deliver measurable value, positive sentiment and high levels of satisfaction across customers’ organisations. A strong advocate of a “Customer First” culture, Chris acts as the voice of the customer across the business, helping to ensure products and services remain closely aligned to customers’ goals and priorities.
