Nuneaton and Bedworth Council invests in RentSense
Nuneaton and Bedworth Council has invested in RentSense to help enable early intervention support for tenants as well as deliver greater efficiencies.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Council, located in Warwickshire, own around 12,000 homes in the borough, and have recently invested in a new housing system, however according to Greg Osborne, Senior Transformation Manager at the council:
“The information produced by the new housing system does not enable our team to focus on early intervention and it lacks the predictive insights that RentSense provides.”
The investment was also made simpler for the local authority as it could be procured on the G-Cloud framework, according to Greg this made the process ‘easier and significantly faster.’
In addition to that Nuneaton and Bedworth were able to speak to a peer local authority, with whom they share revenue and benefits service and according to Greg:
They have been a long time user of RentSense and were able to demonstrate its advantages and financial improvements from an impartial perspective that exceeded the expectation Mobysoft had given.Greg Osborne, Senior Transformation Manager, Nuneaton and Bedworth Council
“The service and approach to customer service has been exceptional throughout the entire process from Mobysoft and we look forward to going live with RentSense,” concluded Greg.
“We’re really pleased to be working with Nuneaton and Bedworth Council and we are looking forward to getting the team live with the solution so they are able to help and support the tenants most in need.” Stated Paul Evans, Chief Commercial Director at Mobysoft.
