Mobysoft to become a sponsor of HQN’s Rent and Income Excellence Network as part of 12-month commercial partnership.

HQN has announced a major commercial partnership with Mobysoft which will see the leading housing software company become a sponsor of the Rent and Income Excellence Network (RIEN) for the next 12 months.

As  part of  the new partnership,  which  officially launched  on  1  May  2016, HQN  and Mobysoft are joining forces for a special event entitled ‘Executive decisions: The strategic importance of data’ at the Hilton London Green Park on Tuesday 7 June 2016, which is free to Housing Quality Network members.

HQN Chief Executive Alistair McIntosh, said:

“At a time when technology has an increasingly significant role to play in driving change and delivering efficiencies, HQN is delighted to be working with Mobysoft, one of the leading software companies serving the social housing sector.”

Mobysoft commercial director Paul Evans, said:

“As the social housing landscape has changed so dramatically over the last 12 months, there is more of a need for landlords to adopt industry wide best practice. Many landlords successfully use RIEN’s services for precisely this reason. And many have also adopted RentSense as part of their best practice strategy.

“This  commercial  agreement  between  ourselves  and  HQN  is  good  news  for  those landlords as it helps align our services and promotes best practice to an ever wider audience. This is also reflected in the event we are holding in June addressing the need for landlords to build best practice and strategy around data.”

Mobysoft’s   cloud   based   predictive   analytic   solution   optimises   frontline   income management workload which helps social landlords protect revenue streams and deliver time and cost saving solutions. On average customers achieve a 15.8% arrears reduction in the first year as well as an average efficiency saving of 25%.
HQN’s Rent and Income Excellence Network (RIEN) provides expert advice, guidance and best practice on everything to do with income management, rent collection and welfare reform. Its track record on supporting members to improve their performance and save money is unrivalled in the social housing sector.

The partnership means Mobysoft branding will appear on the RIEN website for the next 12 months and the company will also be publishing exclusive member briefings during the course of the year.
