On Tuesday27th June Jayne Winders, Executive and Strategic Director at Magenta Living will discuss “How can social landlords maintain income levels whilst trying to manage the impact of welfare reform, create efficiencies and improve service?”

In the seminar Jayne will discuss the challenges facing social landlords across the UK, focusing on how welfare
reform, and specifically Universal Credit, and the strategic impact this is having on landlords. Jayne will also share Magenta Living’s experiences of how they are creating efficiencies within their organisation to enable them to improve services to their residents whilst mitigating welfare reform.
