Repair and Maintenance Reminders
We realise that housing associations often need to gain access to tenant properties in order to perform basic repair and maintenance duties (including gas maintenance). However, if the tenant is not at home at the time of the visit then access cannot be gained. ‘No access’ is a persistent and costly problem for housing providers wasting time, money and resources.
A simple text message can not only ensure that tenants receive a reminder notice in advance of a scheduled visit, but the tenant can also text back if they know that they will not be in to offer access.
The benefits are:
- Saved money and resources
- Completed repairs: happier tenants
- Less damage to the environment through needless vehicle miles

"Mobysoft has cut out around 3,000 wasted repair visits a year which represents a saving of over £70,000. The environmental benefits of this are 10,000 fewer van miles plus a small forest of mail correspondence."
"Quick and simple. From the point we made a decision to the point of going live was surprisingly short."
