Blackpool installed MobileLogic to automate text message communication with their residents. The initial use was to remind them of repairs appointments.

The staff taking repairs calls are now required to ask one further question of the tenants when they telephone to book a repair appointment: "Would you like a text message reminder?"; If so they enter the tenant's mobile number onto their housing management system.
