The Pallasades Shopping Centre sits above Birmingham New Street Station and enjoys an average footfall of 400,000 per week.

The Remit

The Pallasades wanted a website that reflected their lively, fun and safe environment. They wanted a content management system that enabled them to add news items, promote new special offers and edit and add stores as new tenants come in.

Being a community focused shopping centre, they wanted a section where they could upload community initatives such as the 'local heroes' awards.

The site also contains mechanisms for growing a customer database via special offer entry and enables people to nominate a 'local hero'.
