Brighthouse have over 140 stores in the UK, providing household goods such as electrical equipment and furniture.

Solution

BrightHouse chose Mobysoft to develop an intranet system that enables staff in the stores to book deliveries with their central warehouse using their PC's. The resulting savings were in excess of £200,000 per annum in reduced telephone bills across the 140+ stores.
